Is Medical Marijuana Right for You?
Since Michigan voters approved the Michigan Medical Marijuana Act in 2008, thousands of patients have found a safe, legal alternative for many ailments that traditional medicine has fallen short of effectively treating without the risk of adverse, often harmful side-effects. Medical marijuana has been found to be effective in treating nausea, improving appetite and helpful for pain relief. Although medical marijuana can be effective for many ailments, the law provides access to medical marijuana only for a specific list of conditions.
Understand the Law.
Michigan residents with approved conditions (or their caregivers) can apply to the Michigan Medical Marijuana Program (MMMP) for a Registry ID card, valid for 2 years. The application must include a Physician Certification form, completed and signed by a Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery who is fully licensed by the State of Michigan.
The state also requires maintaing a bonafide patient/doctor relationship, so we require our patients to follow up yearly. An ID card provides protections for the medical use of marijuana, but there are still rules and laws to follow. By staying legal and following the laws provided, not only do you protect your right to safely use medical marijuana, but you also help keep it legal for others. We recommend viewing the official LARA Michigan Medical Marijuana Program on Michigan.gov to keep current with the law.

Our physicians are licensed and board certified professionals. We will take care of all of your paperwork and make sure your application process is as easy as possible. We do require you to bring in documentation of your condition for our records at the day of your appointment.

What is a qualifying condition? A qualifying condition is one or more of the following:

Glaucoma.
Positive status for Human Immunodeficiency Virus.
Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome.
Hepatitis C.
Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis.
Crohn's Disease.
Agitation of Alzheimer's Disease.
Nail Patella.
Arthritis.
Autism.
Chronic Pain.
Colitis.
Inflammatory Bowel Disease.

What do I need to bring to my appointment?
A VALID Michigan driver's license or state ID, or a valid Michigan voter's registration card AND a government issued photo ID.

Do you offer in-person visits or telehealth visits?
Yes, both! Our friendy staff will give you scheduling options that best fit you needs upon calling.
Do you process card renewals?
Yes, if you have your expired MMMP card & valid Michigan ID or Driver's License we would be happy to assist you!
When can I obtain medication?
Once you have received your card from the State of Michigan (MRA) along with your valid Michigan ID or driver's license, you may legally obtain or possess medication from any provisioning center of your choice.
If submitting application online: You will receive a temporary license within 24hrs via email for immediate purchasing rights. Your card mails within 7-10 business days.
If submitting a paper application via USPS: You will have the ability to purchase only after receiving your card in the mail from the State of Michigan, typically within 5 weeks.
